Commission for

Night of the Batgirls

by Magni

    Nighttime in Gotham City was a time of solemnity, a time when the bustling municipality quieted and seemed to settle in for a restful night. Unlike Metropolis, which always seemed to be in a state of perpetual day, Gotham's streets seemed eternally illuminated by a pale moon and the bright flashing red and blue of police sirens. This was once a very dangerous and corrupt place to live, especially if you were so bold as to wander the streets after dark.

    Until he came and singlehandedly changed everything. Batman, the Dark Knight, waged his one-man war on crime for the longest time, but that was over. Now, rather than a one-man war, the Bat Family had never been bigger. Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Red Robin, Red Hood, Batwoman, Batwing, Oracle... and Batgirl.

    A lone, shadowed figure leapt from a rooftop, soaring down at breakneck speeds, until finally a black glove curled its fingers around a grapple gun, pulling it from a utility belt, and then she aimed it upwards. Her finger squeezed the trigger, launching the hook into the air where it caught a lone gargoyle (those freakin' things were everywhere). Blonde hair whipped in the wind as she soared through the air in a wide arc.

    Insert brooding inner monologue here.

    ...

    Oh, who am I kidding? This is AWESOME!

Stephanie Brown smiled as she soared high over Gotham City, her black cape billowing dramatically in the wind. She smirked as she retracted the grappling hook and sailed through the night sky before coming to a neat landing atop an apartment building. She couldn't help but be reminded of her days running along rooftops under the cloak of Spoiler, but this was completely different. Her new suit was sleeker, and had more of a... distinguished legacy to it.

    She was Batgirl.

    "Steph? Do you copy?" the original Batgirl's voice crackled in her ear. From the Batcave, Barbara Gordon, now under the guise of Oracle, provided radio assistance to her allies in the Bat Family. Babs claimed to believe that Stephanie was mature enough to fill the role of Batgirl, but Steph often had her doubts. Still, at least Barbara knew that there was no stopping her now.

    "Hi Babs!" Steph replied cheerfully. "What do you have for me? Is it Scarecrow again? Lady Shiva? Livewire?"

    "Just listen: this is important," Barbara sighed. "Do you know Booster Gold?"

    "Who doesn't?" Steph yawned. "Publicity is that guy's middle name."

    "Not today," Barbara replied, her tone quite serious. "He just contacted me in a panic about one of Gotham's most notorious villains attacking him. Apparently, he was robbed of a prototype 'miniature Time Sphere'."

    "A what?"

    "I couldn't keep up with much of his explanation because he was talking so fast, but from what I can tell, he and Rip Hunter had been working on a miniature version of a Time Sphere when it was stolen," Barbara answered. "He wanted to talk to Batman, but Bruce is in Star City doing something with Green Arrow and Nightwing was busy dealing with Blockbuster, the last time I checked, which means that it's your responsibility."

    "Why didn't you think of me before Nightwing?" Steph inquired, sounding hurt.

    "Well, let's see: Nightwing is stronger, faster, more experienced-"

    "Okay, okay, fine-"

    "-better with Gotham's villains, he was trained by Batman-"

    "So was I, kinda!" Stephanie argued. "Alright, Oracle, who is it?"

    Barbara cleared her throat before speaking, "It was Harley Quinn."

    There was a short pause, and then Stephanie sighed, "...ugh. She better not have the giant hammer."

    "This is no time for jokes, Steph!" Barbara scolded her. "That Time Sphere could alter history! This is why I wanted to call in Nightwing instead! Harley is dangerous, especially with that kind of tech."

    "Well, so am I!" Stephanie defended herself, "and Babs, if I'm dealing with that clown, it seems like the perfect time for jokes."

    "Just try to be serious," Barbara rolled her eyes. "Anyway, Detective Gage with the GCPD reported a Harley Quinn sighting in Kingston, at the Ferris Mall. You'd better get over there."

    "Yeah, sure," Stephanie said reluctantly, unclipping her grapple gun from her utility belt again and aiming it. "Batgirl out."

~~~~~~
    The scene in Kingston was chaotic, to say the least. Police cars were lined up outside the Ferris Mall, their sirens flashing and wailing. Officers spoke into their radios as they swarmed around the scene, cutting off the street with DO NOT CROSS barricades and setting up a perimeter around the mall. From above, a newscopter flew around the mall, capturing the full scope of the scene, as well as two police helicopters that were shining lights around. Harley Quinn was someone to be taken seriously, especially if her boyfriend was possibly somewhere around here as well.
    Batgirl arrived across the street, swinging to a gargoyle where she perched. Her blue eyes surveyed the scene behind her mask; Harley was still inside, but the GCPD was getting a SWAT team ready to move in to capture the villainess. Batgirl tapped the side of her cowl, activating her communications.
    "Oracle, I'm here," she said, watching a team of officers hurry away from the mall. "Harley is still inside."
    "Be careful, Batgirl," Oracle warned her. "Who knows what Harley could do with that prototype Time Sphere!"
    Before Stephanie could reply, one of the doors to the mall was kicked open by a red and black sneaker. The police immediately stood to attention, ducking down behind their cars and aiming their pistols in the direction of the smiling woman coming out of the mall. Her dyed hair was pulled back in two pigtails, one red, one black. She was wearing a red and black corset decorated with a star and a diamond over each breast, her midsection exposed, and a pair of red and black short shorts with an oversized brown belt holding them up. She wore a red glove and a black glove. Her knees and elbows were covered by pads that still followed her iconic color scheme. Her pale white skin seemed to glow beneath the searchlights from the helicopters, and her eyes looked around beneath their eyeshadow at the scene before them. Her arms were burdened with plastic bags from almost every store in the mall: Casual Gals, Marriage Makers, Astonishing Illusions, Three Club Monte, Sturdy Package, Hat Racks, Kid's Choice Clothing, Sportrance. Held in the crook of her right elbow was a pristine white sphere about the size of her head with buttons on the side, and in the crook of her left elbow, leaning over her shoulder, was-
    "Oh god! Oracle! She does!"
    "She does what?!"
    "SHE HAS THE GIANT HAMMER!" Batgirl groaned.
    "Freeze, Quinn!" a police captain barked through a megaphone. Harley rolled her eyes.
    "Oh puh-leeze. You guys just have to harass a sweet young lady on her quest for another costume redesign?" Harley adjusted her grip on the Time Sphere and Batgirl watched as she pressed her finger to a red button. Suddenly, Harley moved over a bit as though she had teleported a short distance. Batgirl gasped.
    "Oracle, what-?" Steph looked down at the cops to see that each of their hands were no longer holding their guns, and they seemed confused by having their hands suddenly empty. "Did she just... stop time?!"
    "You need to get the Time Sphere away from her!" Oracle exclaimed. "We can't let somebody as unstable as Harley Quinn have control over time!"
    "Hehe, what's wrong, little piggies?" Harley laughed. "Somebody steal your weapons?"
    "Alright, that's enough," Batgirl dove from the gargoyle, opening her cape as she did so. Her cape went rigid behind her, standing stiff and catching the wind beneath it, and she soared through the air, gliding toward Harley Quinn. She landed dramatically in front of the clown, startling Harley into stumbling back and dropping a few of her bags.
    "Bratgirl!" Harley grit her teeth.
    "Harley... Stupid!" Batgirl faltered, immediately regretting it.
    "...really?" Oracle snickered in her ear.
    "She caught me off-guard!"
    "What're YOU doin' here?!" Harley demanded, dropping the rest of her bags and readjusting her grip on both the prototype Time Sphere and her mallet. "Why's a Bat always gotta show up to ruin everything?!"
    "Hey, don't take it personally. I ruin everything for a lot of criminals," Batgirl took a fighting pose, pulling a Batarang from her belt. Snarling, Harley lunged at Batgirl with her mallet, smashing it into the spot that Batgirl had been standing hardly a second before. As she leapt back, still in midair, Batgirl whipped the Batarang at Harley, catching the jester on the cheek. Harley stumbled back, dropping the prototype to the ground, but she didn't notice in her fury.
    "Ugh! Just stand still, would ya?" Harley insisted, whipping the hammer around. Batgirl had to fight the instinct to try to jump over the hammer, knowing that she'd never make it, and instead threw herself onto her back so the hammer passed mere inches from her face. After that, she was forced to roll out of the way as Harley slammed the hammer down again.
    "I don't think I'll be standing still," Batgirl replied, pulling her line launcher from her utility belt and taking aim at Harley. "You, though..."
    A bolas was fired from the end of the gun at Harley, wrapping the line around her legs and tightening. Harley stumbled, flailing her arms comically in an attempt to stay on her feet, but to no avail. Harley fell to her side, opening her mouth in a loud yelp and extending her arms to break her fall.
    Unfortunately, she landed directly on the prototype Time Sphere.
    One of Harley's gloved hands landed directly on the Time Sphere, conveniently pressing a few buttons. The Time Sphere began to crackle with energy, and it began to whir more intensely while it powered up. Harley's eyes widened in surprise, and then her face twisted in a wide grin.
    "Later, Batbrat! Looks like I'm off through time! Just like my psychiatrist!" Harley laughed, wrapping her arms around the Time Sphere.
    "Batgirl, stop her!" Oracle yelled directly in Steph's ear.
    "Ow! I mean, okay!" Batgirl dove forward and grabbed part of the Time Sphere just as it seemed to suck the air in around it. A stream of electric blue and yellow lights began to take shape around the Time Sphere as Harley swatted at Batgirl's hands.
    "Off!" Harley shouted. "This is my Time And Really Damn Impressive Sphere!"
    "Oh, and Steph, remember to go for Harley's belt," Oracle said, sounding matter-of-fact.
    "What's that supposed to meEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAANNNNN?!" Batgirl cried, her screams resonating with Harley's insane giggling as the Time Sphere created a vortex of crackling blue, yellow, and black around the two. There was a loud crack of energy, and then the vortex closed.
    They were gone.
    This... is... AWESOME!
Barbara Gordon smiled behind her black mask as she patrolled the streets of Gotham City. If her father saw her now, he'd never believe that it was her. Gotham had once had only one hero. Now there were several. Batman, the World's Greatest Detective, Robin, the Boy Wonder, and now... her. Batgirl. While the Dynamic Duo originally had their doubts about her proficiency as a crime fighter, she had proven herself by taking on villains like Scarecrow, Two-Face, and Poison Ivy with ease.
    Now, she swung between rooftops with the use of her grapple gun, her short yellow cape billowing in the wind behind her. The golden Bat symbol on her chest seemed to glint in the moonlight, and her purple suit sleekly soared through the shadows cast by looming buildings. Batgirl moved through the night sky with such finesse, such an underlying fondness... the name Batgirl had never known such respect.
    Not that it wouldn't ever again...
    Batgirl walked across a rooftop in Kingston five stories high, surveying the city in every direction. So far, it looked like nothing was happening. No sirens to be heard, no banks being robbed or citywide plans of destruction. It was a relatively peaceful night in Gotham City, and she was always grateful for those. Perhaps she'd call it an early night and get back home so she wasn't completely out of it for her early shift working at the library the next morning...
    Suddenly, from out of nowhere, a large ball of crackling white light suddenly appeared in the parking lot near Ferris Mall. Batgirl's eyes widened beneath her black mask, before she set her face in an expression of determination.
    A hero's work is never done... she thought to herself, unclipping her grapple gun from a pouch on her waist and firing it in the direction of the strange vortex, hitting a streetlight, and swinging down to it where she pulled out a batarang while cautiously watching the vortex.
    "Get off!" a familiar voice echoed out of the lights.
    "In a freaking time vortex? Are you kidding me?!" another voice argued, sounding closer than the other one.
    Two women materialized out of the lights, to Batgirl's shock. A woman who looked a bit like Harley Quinn (wearing some ridiculous getup instead of her usual harlequin costume) and a blonde girl in a costume strikingly similar to her own appeared in the streets, confused and seemingly disoriented. A strange white ball rolled out of Harley's grip.
    "Nice work, Bratgirl," Harley spat, kicking ropes off her legs. "Now we're somewhere in the future!"
    "Not much has changed, unfortunately," Stephanie looked around, disappointed. "I was hoping at least for some flying cars."
    "That would be so cool!" Harley sighed dreamily. "Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah! EAT HAMMER, BATBRAT!"
    Harley raised her hammer over her head and swung it down at Stephanie, who barely managed to leap out of the way as the oversized mallet slammed down. At this point, Barbara decided that enough was enough and leapt down from the streetlight to interrupt the fight. Landing with her knees bent and her head bowed, Barbara tossed her batarang at Harley, who cried out and staggered off balance before swinging the hammer.
    "That's enough!" Barbara exclaimed. The blonde girl in the bat costume looked over to her in confusion, and her jaw dropped when she saw Barbara. Her eyes widened in such a weird way that Barbara rose an eyebrow, intrigued, and cocked her head to the side. "Uh, have we met before...?"
    "Oh... uh... hi," Stephanie awkwardly waved at Barbara Gordon, clad in an earlier version of the same costume that Stephanie herself was wearing right now. "Well, now we know that we're not in the future..."
    "Aw crap, now there's two of 'em!" Harley complained.
    "Who are you?" Barbara asked suspiciously.
    "Uh... I'm you from the future," Stephanie explained. "Where I come from... I'm Batgirl."
    "So you're from the distant future!" Barbara said eagerly. "That's incredible!"
    "Yeah... very distant..." Stephanie nodded solemnly before turning her attention back to Harley. "Surrender, Quinn. There's nowhere left for you to go."
    "Yeah, I guess you're right..." Harley lowered her head, reaching her hands behind her back. "I guess I oughta throw in the towel while I can and go back to Arkham peacefully and- PSYCHE!"
    From behind her back, Harley pulled out two hand-sized bombs with lit fuses and smiley faces painted on them and tossed them at the two Batgirls before making a run for it, snickering. Steph and Babs reacted immediately; Barbara lunged at Harley before the bombs touched the ground, seizing her by the back of her corset and wrapping one purple arm around her middle before firing her grapple gun up in the air and dragging the thrashing clown into the air with her. Stephanie scooped up the Time Sphere and followed on her own grapple gun as the bombs exploded behind her, sending confetti and flames flying in every direction.
    On a nearby rooftop, Barbara dropped Harley, who rolled onto her back, giggling. Stephanie appeared a moment later, the Time Sphere safely tucked under her arm.
    "How the heck does this thing work?" Stephanie said, peering at the buttons.
    "I'm guessing that time travel isn't a regular thing where you come from," Barbara folded her arms.
    "I mean... it might be," Stephanie shrugged. "The Flash can run through time, can't he?"
    "I meant for most people," Barbara specified. "Anyway, we should probably do something about Harley."
    The two Batgirls looked down at Harley, who had rolled onto her stomach and had her head propped up in one hand, looking bored. At mention of her name, she sighed, "Finally! Can I have my Time Circle back now, Bratgirl Number 2?"
    "Why does she get to be number one?" Stephanie protested.
    "Stay down, Quinn," Barbara warned her as Harley climbed to her knees. Without warning, Harley smoothly rolled from that position into a cartwheel that took the two girls by surprise, knocking Stephanie to the ground where the Time Sphere rolled out of her grip. Barbara lunged at Harley, but before she could grab her, Harley grinned at her and quickly pushed a button on the Time Sphere.
    "Eek!" Barbara fumbled and tripped, falling onto her stomach. There was suddenly a cool breeze on her legs, but more importantly, Harley was gone.
    "Wha-?" Stephanie climbed to her feet. "What just...? Oh no, she stopped time!"
    "That machine can do that?!" Barbara exclaimed incredulously, rising up to her knees.
    "Hehe, it sure can!" Harley snickered from where she was now standing a few feet away. "And this is the most fun I've had with circles since grade school!"
    "What do you mean by that?" Barbara narrowed her eyes.
    "Uh... Batgirl?" Stephanie's eyes widened in horror as she realized exactly what Harley had done while time was paused. In front of her, Barbara's white Hanes panties were on display, the pattern of faded, almost colorless flowers easily visible in the moonlight. The original Batgirl's purple pants were around her ankles, and when she realized it, she gasped loudly before turning to Stephanie. Barbara was shocked at her pantsing, but was even more shocked to see that Stephanie had found the same fate. Her black pants were also pooled at her feet, leaving her cheap high-cut pink panty briefs, adorned with a pattern of black polka dots, completely exposed.
    "S-She...?!" Barbara could hardly form the words. It was hardly a secret that Harley Quinn had a very juvenile sense of humor at times, but a pantsing?
"Hahahahaha!" Harley laughed, but slowly her giggles came to a stop, and she stared at the two Batgirls with a finger to her lips in musing. "Hmm... but something's missing..."
    "Quinn, don't you-" Stephanie tried to warn her before Harley started giggling again and pressed the button on the Time Sphere again. Suddenly, Stephanie felt her head pulled back by something as she felt the uncomfortable, though embarrassingly familiar, sensation of her panties digging into her butt, "-DARE!"
    "Agh!" Barbara yelped as the two girls found themselves blinded by their own panties. She had only experienced an atomic wedgie once in her lifetime, and it had been her very first wedgie. Before receiving it, she had seen them done on TV shows and thought that they were absolutely unrealistic and definitely not funny. Her current experience only proved her wrong once more. As for Stephanie, she had definitely known a few wedgies during her time as a hero, both as Spoiler and Batgirl, but most of hers were the result of her own clumsiness getting her into accidents, and a few were the result of dating Tim Drake. Still, this was an extreme even for her.
    Harley's laughter echoed through both of their ears as she took in the sheer absurdity of the two Batgirls with their pants around their ankles and their panties over their heads, and the two glared at her as Stephanie tried to to pull her panties off her head with both hands while Barbara used one hand, holding the other over her cooch, nearly bent over in pain.
    "Ahahaha! The wedgie is an old classic that'll never get old!" Harley managed to say between giggles. "It's always funny!"
    "Wedgies... aren't... funny..." Barbara struggled, her face lighting up in a blush.
    "Just put down the Sphere, Harley! Or else when I get out of this, you're going down!" Stephanie tried to threaten the jester, a threat that would have been a lot more intimidating had her underwear not been stretched to its limit between her buttcheeks at that moment.
    "I'm going down, huh?" Harley repeated with a wide grin across her bleached white face as she strolled forward toward Stephanie, easily ducking beneath a punch that the embarrassed Batgirl threw at her and twirling behind her before dropping the Time Sphere and seizing Stephanie's panties by the legholes. "Well, you're going UP, Batbrat number 2!"
    "Ahhh! Owowow!" Stephanie cried out as Harley lifted her into the air by the back of her sorely stretched panties. She tried to thrash out of the painful situation, only to drive the wedgie in deeper and cause her pants to fall from her kicking legs.
    "What's going on?" Barbara was still struggling with her atomic wedgie, slowly realizing that Harley had poked the ears of her cowl through the cotton of her panties, firmly attaching the atomic wedgie to her mask. If she was going to get the wedgie off her head, she'd have to unmask herself. It was embarrassingly (and likely unknowingly) a genius move on Harley's part. Finally, she took her other hand from her wedgied kitten to help pull the white waistband of her Hanes panties off her eyes. Finally, Barbara managed to get her panty briefs to slip up a bit so she could at least look around.
    "Harley-!" Stephanie struggled as Harley hoisted her in the air by her panties, only to get a laugh and a few bounces in reply. Barbara was shocked to see that the other Batgirl was in trouble, and reacted instinctively. She slid a hand into one of her pouches and withdrew with a bolas in hand before hurling it in Harley's direction. The bolas spun as it soared through the air before wrapping around Harley's bare legs and pulling them together. Harley stumbled, dropping Stephanie, who sighed in relief, and fell over, comically landing on her butt.
    "Ooh... she's a dirty fighter..." Stephanie groaned, finally prying her panties from her head and fixing her brutally wedgied panties before realizing that they were too stretched to wear normally, so if she wanted them to stay up, she was forced to leave them in a slight wedgie. "Ah crap, where are my pants?!"
    "Leave 'em off, Batbrat number 2! You'll get more attention that way!" Harley advised her as she crawled toward the fallen Time Sphere.
    Barbara pulled up her purple pants and lunged for the Time Sphere, wincing as more cotton filled her hurt crack, but she managed to grab it before Harley could. Harley clawed at Barbara's legs, trying to pull her pants back down, but suddenly Stephanie lunged for the jester with her fist pulled back and threw a punch that caught Harley in the side of the head, knocking her off of Barbara.
    "Pwned!" Stephanie cheered as Harley fell onto her back, dazed.
    "'Pwned'?" Barbara repeated, raising an eyebrow at her as she continued struggling to pull off her atomic wedgie.
    Stephanie sighed, "I need to stop spending so much time around Tim Drake..."
    "Hey... Bratgirl number 1... you should give me my Time Sphere back. I stole it fair and square," Harley gestured at the Time Sphere in Barbara's hands, only to be met with only an angry silence, narrowed eyes, and disapproving glares from the two Batgirls. "Wow, tough crowd..."
    "Here you go," Barbara handed Stephanie the Time Sphere. "Take her back to your time."
    "Uh... sure," Stephanie slowly nodded as she peered at all of the different buttons. "...just as soon as I figure out how to work this thing."
    "Here, let me show ya!" Harley kicked at Stephanie's legs, sweeping the blonde Batgirl off her feet. Stephanie cried out in surprise as she tumbled to the ground, the Time Sphere rolling out of her grip across the rooftop. Barbara made to grab Harley as she did a backwards somersault, coming to land on her feet, but Harley easily twirled her around and grabbed her by the legholes of her panties before pulling up, eliciting a few squeals from her as the atomic wedgie intensified.
    "Let her go, Harley!" Stephanie demanded, leaving the Time Sphere behind to protect her friend. Unfortunately, while Barbara was an easy target because of her atomic wedgie, Stephanie was an easy target because of her lack of pants. Harley pushed Barbara aside as Stephanie attacked and ducked under her punches.
    "Missed me! Ya missed me!" Harley stuck her tongue out at Stephanie as she sidestepped another punch and then grabbed the front of Stephanie's pink panty briefs. "Super move: coochie cutter!"
    "Aaaghh!" Stephanie winced as Harley yanked the front of her panties up, sending cotton into her vagina and giving her a brutal frontal wedgie.
    "Hahahaha!" Harley snickered, but she abruptly stopped when she felt two hands reach down the back of her red and black short shorts.
    "Get off her!" Barbara hauled Harley off Stephanie by the back of her red panties, noticeably decorated with a pattern of white stars and hearts and diamonds, with a black lace trim.
    "Ow! It's like I'm back in grade school..." Harley shuddered. "I'm getting picked on by the bullies!"
    You wedgied us first!" Stephanie retorted, fixing her panties.
    "Just like back in grade school!" Harley whined as Barbara hoisted her onto her tiptoes by her underwear. "Owie, could ya ease up a bit...?"
    Barbara glared at the jester, still in her atomic wedgie, as Harley flashed her a nervous smile, and then she rolled her eyes. Stephanie moved forward and stuck her hands down the front of Harley's shorts, grabbing two handfuls of fabric, and then she pulled the woman's red underwear high in the front. Harley went rigid at the feeling of cotton rubbing her most intimate areas, and tried to thrash out of her double Batgirl wedgie, but the two girls were more than capable of lifting her off the ground, which is exactly what they did. Harley shrieked, feeling her feet leave the ground so she could be bounced by her own merciless panties.
    "Ow! Owie! Ouch! Ah!" she yelped with each bounce.
    "I think this has got to be the most juvenile, immature fight that I've ever been in," Barbara sighed.
    "Personally, I think that this wedgie tactic is strangely effective!" Stephanie giggled.
    Harley struggled to get away, but the Batgirls did not let up. Their own experience with the wedgies that she had inflicted on them was coming back on her, only much worse. Desperate for some relief, Harley saw only one way out. She grabbed the front of her panties with both hands and pulled on the cotton so that Stephanie was yanked toward her. The blonde Batgirl was caught off-guard, giving Harley the opportunity that she needed to lash out with a kick to Stephanie and fall backwards onto Barbara. Taking advantage of the confusion, Harley lunged for the Time Sphere that had rolled near Stephanie.
    "Stop her!" Barbara exclaimed as Harley swept the Time Sphere up in her grip and moved her finger to press the PAUSE button. With only seconds to react, Stephanie had to make her first move quickly. Suddenly, Oracle's words echoed in her mind. Go for her belt...
Stephanie moved forward and, in one swift move, unclasped Harley's belt before pulling it away from her.
    "H-Hey!" Harley cried out, moving her hand away from the Time Sphere to try to reclaim her belt. "Are ya trying to pants me...? It was funny when it was just you two!"
    "No, trust me. This'll be funnier," Stephanie flashed Harley a cocky smile before seizing the sides of her short shorts and pulling them to the ground.
    Harley's stretched out red panties were now fully on display, and she gasped, nearly dropping the Time Sphere. She stumbled out of her shorts and backed away from Stephanie, who advanced on her with the belt in-hand.
    "Back off, Batbrat number two! I'm warning ya!" Harley fumbled with the Time Sphere, but suddenly let out a yell of pain before the back of her panties rose up over her head and the waistband snapped over her eyes. Barbara stepped back, admiring the work she had done after sneaking up behind her, and pulled the Time Sphere from Harley's hand.
    "I'll take that," Barbara said before pressing a button on the Time Sphere. Suddenly, her underwear was back in her pants and she was sighing with relief.
    Stephanie grabbed both of Harley's arms and pulled them together before using her own belt to bind them. Now trapped with her panties over her head and her arms tied together, Harley Quinn sighed. There was no way out of this. She had lost.
    "Thanks for the help, Ora- er, Batgirl," Stephanie grinned at the girl who would one day become her mentor.
    "Sure thing, Batgirl," Barbara held out the Time Sphere to Stephanie, who took it. "Make sure that she doesn't get that kind of technology again."
    "Hehe, for the sake of our butts, I'll definitely make sure that she never touches this thing again," Stephanie laughed.
    "Guess you'll be heading back to the future now?" Barbara rose an eyebrow.
    "Yeah, but first..." Stephanie glanced around the rooftop, her face burning a light pink. "Where are my pants?"
~~~~~~

    It was a strange scene when they returned to the present Gotham City. The police circled around as another time portal opened, and then Batgirl appeared with the Time Sphere in hand, escorting Harley Quinn, who had her arms tied together and her underwear pulled over her head in a massive wedgie.

    "I think you officers can take her from here," Stephanie said, handing Harley over into GCPD custody.

    "Hehe, Batgirl wears pink panties," Harley was laughing as two policemen took her away. Batgirl unclipped her grapple gun from her utility belt and fired it at a rooftop, the same rooftop where, sometime in the past, two Batgirls had fought Harley Quinn.

    "Stephanie? Are you there?" Oracle's voice came to her clearly through her cowl's earpiece.

    "Go for the belt, huh?" Stephanie smirked, tapping the side of her cowl. "Best advice you've ever given me, Barbara."

    "I knew it would work. I got to witness it firsthand after all," Oracle replied with fondness in her voice. "I can still feel that atomic wedgie..."

    "If it makes you feel any better, I bet Harley will be feeling hers for a while too," Stephanie laughed.

    "Why don't you come back to the Batcave, Stephanie?" Barbara offered. "It's been a quiet night in Gotham. You can call it in early."

    "Yeah, okay," Stephanie agreed, nodding her head. "See you in about ten minutes."

    "See ya," Oracle replied before closing the comm link.

    Batgirl took a deep breath as she strode to the edge of the rooftop, launching her grapple gun at another rooftop before swinging off through the streets of Gotham City, and then she disappeared into the night.
Commission for :iconawesomestpwner1: in which Stephanie Brown, as Batgirl, chases Harley Quinn back in time... and meets somebody rather unexpected. Wedgies ensue. :P

If anyone is curious why Harley didn't simply kill the Batgirls while time was frozen, it's because the Time Sphere has a built-in failsafe for experimental time stopping: you can only manipulate the area around a person, such as what they're holding or wearing. People themselves are like statues, unable to be moved or harmed. Though, that isn't to say Harley had malicious intent when she did that, rather she was having fun with the two. =P

Though Cassanda is my favorite Batgirl I've always had a soft spot for Stephanie's sadly cut short run and I feel you captured the tone of it really well in this one. It felt like I was reading an issue of that comic, albeit a fetishy wedgie filled one. :D (Big Grin)
